"I can’t thank Mark and his team enough for the help with my granddaughter’s car. She’s a student at Hope College and 3 hours from home. I called Mark and he immediately established trust even though I’m out of state. He communicated and resolved her battery issue in no time. I can’t thank you enough. "There aren't enough words to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from Mark. My granddaughter is a student at Hope College. when her car would not start, Mark was able to assist me with a towing recommendation diagnose the vehicle and replace the battery- all while I am three hours away. It is rare that you can develop that type of trust in someone so quickly. He is honest and fair. I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone!"

"Had a turbo leak on a Chevy Sonic repaired nearly a year ago. I waited a while before posting a review to see if the repair would hold up. It's still running like the day it was repaired. Prices were fair and repair was on time. I initially thought it was a catalytic convertor issue, but they were honest about the real problem saving me money on unnecessary repairs."

"I can't express how much I appreciate Mark and his team. Mark and the young man working on my car took time to explain what was wrong with my car and the plan to repair it. I felt welcomed and listened to. The price was below what I anticipated so that's always a plus. I have definitely found my new mechanic."
